Hugs Pitcher Vase Card

I recently purchased Altenew's new Pitcher Vases set, and I just love the way these little vases can be die cut, embossed, and stenciled with the set! There are 2 pitchers in the set, and I used the other pitcher in this card: Carrie's Custom Cards: Magnolia Dreams Bay Window Fold Card.

For this card, I trimmed a panel of watercolor cardstock that I had watercolored using Altenew's Lagoon Watercolor from the 36 Watercolor Pan Set. I let that dry and then embossed the panel with Altenew's Lace 3D embossing folder. I added some white pigment ink over the raised areas of the panel and then splattered the panel with Altenew's Titanium White gouache spritzed with water. 

White the background panel was drying, I die cut, embossed, and stenciled the pitcher and added some die cuts from Altenew's Zero Waste: Berries & Branches set. I added the die cuts to the pitcher and used Altenew's Instant Dimension Foam Tape to add the pitcher to the card. I then die cut "hugs" from Altenew's Watercolor Roses Stencil and Die set. The pitcher and sentiment were die cut from watercolor paper I had colored using Altenew's Coral Red gouache. 

For the inside of the card, I stamped "Praying for you" from Altenew's Craft-Your-Life: Casual Bouquets set onto the same watercolored paper I had used for the pitcher and the die cut sentiment on the front of the card. I added another die cut from the Zero Waste: Berries & Branches set to complete the inside of the card.
